Commercial Real Estate Transaction Coordinator
Taking You From Contract to Close
As a dedicated Commercial Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, my goal is to make the process as seamless as possible for you, from contract to closing.
Preparation and Listing:
Listing:
· Prepare a comprehensive listing packet.
· List your property on the appropriate real estate listing service.
Buying:
· Prepare a buyer brokerage packet.
· Notify Kathryn once the paperwork is signed to begin your search.
Contract Management:
· Ensure compliance with all due dates.
· Track earnest money until it is received and placed in escrow.
· Manage exhibits and amendments.
· Ensure contingencies, special stipulations, and due diligence dates are met.
Ongoing Communication:
· Maintain regular contact and forward documents for escrow, lender, closing attorney, and agents when necessary.
· Ensure all parties remain in compliance until the closing.
My role is to oversee the details, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and stress-free transaction process for you, our client.
